WebDec 13, 2024 · So we were down to an easy ascent of Blencathra up Blease Fell or if the weather wasn’t favourable High Seat from Watendlath via High Tove. We arrived at Watendlath just after 8 and were the only car in the car park, hmm did others know what we didn’t. Oh well it’s fine now and the cloud is high enough so off we went. WebYesteday Brendan and I went to Ashness Bridge to climb Walla Crag (1234ft), Bleaberry Fell (1932ft), High Seat (1995ft) and High Tove (1665ft) descend down to Watendlath for coffee and cake then to follow the valley trail back to Ashness Bridge.
