WebYour input chain rules for the WireGuard are in the wrong place. Should be after the allow established new and the drop invalid rules. Also I don’t see a forward chain firewall rule for the WireGuard subnet/interface. Something like source = WireGuard subnet, destination = any/whatever resource you want accessible, chain forward, action accept. WebPiHole filtering is working well for my connected PC.
