Popoff pressure is between 10 and 12 PSI. for most motors. I have set it much lower for tired motors with leaky seals etc. that hardly had enough engine vacuum to pop the needle off its seat. Gord.

Mr. Salas stated in his reply that the pop-off pressure (result of the pressure test) is not that critical because it could occur anywhere between 10-60 psi.
